The tropical climate of the Seychelles is very warm year-round and temperatures only rarely fall under 24º C or rise over 32º C. The biggest part of the islands is located outside of the cyclone belt so that the Seychelles are the perfect destination for sunbathers and beach lovers year-round.
Due to the northwest trade winds from November till March, temperatures are normally a little bit higher. But a huge part of the yearly rain falls during these months as well. Besides the high air humidity of more than 80% it is also very cloudy and not that sunny.
The months from May till October bring dryer and cooler weather with longer sunny periods. Dry seasons of two weeks or more are usual and rainy days fall down to 11.
